Hello- Know where I can purchase this workout since I will be traveling quite a bit and won't have a computer with me but will have a DVD player? I would love to order this but haven't seen this girl on Amazon.

im at an intermediate/advanced level of pilates, but only go to classes once a week if i do this routine 4 times a week plus my usual hour class on a wednesday do you think ill see results?

This is so simple, I do this every night before bed, and the tummy one as well ;) it is such a great help, and its free :D

i'm about 7 pounds…but I think I'm going for size. I want to get down to a size 8/9. I think that's perfect for me. Anything smaller is too much! Right now I'm a size 10. so almost there

I do all 4 workouts at once as they are only 10 min each aswell as fun and easy to do. I try to do this at least 5 times a week with a healthy diet, and tons of water! Let me know how you are doing. You will be looking great for summer for sure! :)

I like doing roll-overs…aaahh full push-ups! I only do "girl" push-ups. eek what's your routine? Do you do all three together or do you thighs and butt one day and belly another?

oooohhh!!! this looks really good! I'm so going to try this! I need some variety. I do the windsor pilates (20 min workout).
