My hips even hurt when I'm on a mat, and sometimes I shake a bit, maybe its because Im not used to the routine yet? Help :(

Not sure what you mean about the first question, cause i am in a straight line? But yeah! I do it on hard floor, maybe thats the reason Lol. Thanks

are your hips and legs stacked? and your whole body in a straight line?
if they are then maybe it's just your floor's hard

I just started this routine two days ago. I've done it twice and I really enjoy it. It burns but not so much that it's unbearable. It's perfect! Thanks for this!

im doing this video along with the butt one to trim and loose weight im doing them everu afternoon and in the morning i am doing one 10 min pilaties video by sparkpeople.

She means when you extend your legs, and squeeze your knees together. Not when your legs are opened. :)

This is great - but when you do the "frog" you say "like we're holding a penny in between our knees" when in fact, its between your heels. :(
