El pilates es importante iniciarlo con alguien experto en la materia, para que te corrija muchas cosas que se hacen mal. Y desde el comienzo se debe hacer supremamente bien…los ejercicios estan bien realizados y muy bien explicados……

well, there's this move I made up for my arms. (Hold dumb bells in your hands) Do the chicken dance lol. 1.Have both ur hands at your chest (Like you're about to start the chicken dance) 2. flap your arms down once. 3. Flap your arms up once and hold it in the positions 4. reach both your arms out straight and come back into the wings position and continue for a good 10-15 times.

i also found the technique difficult to follow at first. It is MUCH easier after a while, trust me. I tried using a mat the second time and it also made a great improvement.

This really works. I have been doing it (almost) everyday (skipped a couple of days) for about 2 or 3 weeks and it has already made a difference.
