are you accounting for all your hard work packing counting as excersize? if not, that might help your yellow line somewhat. i moved last month and calculated the calories, it was like a hardcore workout every day… made the day that i ate a ton of pizza look like a great day in the numbers.

Well done guys, another great video! I moved this week too and lost my phone in the process. I also had to deal with my car breaking down and having it towed for about 150 miles still full of ALL my stuff. ARGH! Anyway, glad to see its not just me that gets stressed about moving! Well done again both of you, and especially you Jason for staying below the yellow line!

I just watched all the "Below the Yellow Line" videos. I used to skip right over them. I love the format. It's easy to relate to the diet and everyday life woes you guys share. This series is definately better than the weightlosslosers videos! Honestly, they were getting kinda boring!
