Hello and thanks so much for sharing. Was wondering what made you choose the sleeve over say the lap band? I'm in the mids of making a choice and would really love to know why you went with that one. Also - do you have any regrets? Thanks so much in advance, and your video is really helping me!

I have the sleeve, not the lapband….there was some pain but not horrible. Good luck!

I have the sleeve, not the lapband. My skin is loose…but it can take up to 2 years to shrink down….and I can help it also by working out!

I just had my surgery 4 weeks tomorrow. I really enjoyed hearing what you had to say. My weight loss is going very well but right now I'm just battling the mental part. I keep thinking that this can't really work, when I can already see that it is. Did you go through that?
