You can use the small needles for a subcutaneous injection, the longer needle is for an intramuscular injection - either is fine for B12 but done very differently.
The smaller (insulin) needle needs to be at 90 degrees and go right in. The layer of skin on the stomach that everyone has when you sit down is the best place. I have them everyday for CFS/ME.

Hi Glozell…..You seem to really scared of the Shot. in your arm. Does that really hurt sooo much. Psot your shots taking video too. But good info on the B-12 Shots and keep up ur energies.

You like to give it, but can't take it "huh"

It is a larger muscle but you need to inject it in the right part of the but, can be dangerous if you pick a wrong spot. I also shoot B12 and i use left upper arm/right upper arm/left butt/richt butt/left leg/right leg. cause i have to shoot 6 times a week i have to choose other spots

I always thought B12 was injected into one's butt because it is a larger muscle and would have less sting. Any thoughts?

You injected pretty wrong!
First of all the needle is not long enough, you are injecting in the fat layer and no direct into the muscle which doesnt make the shot 100% effective.

2nd; Insert the whole needle as far as it can go, push the syringe back to see if blood appears, if there is, remove needle and try it again on a other spot. If no blood, SLOWLY inject all the B12.

Another tip: insert the needle very slow and remove is very slowly after the injection to ensure relaxation.
