I used to weight 315 pounds. One day I decided enough was enough.
In a matter of 6 mounths I lost 44 pounds and in a year, 97 pounds. I ran my first marathon after loosing the weight.
I got into ever better shape. This last may I finished my first IronMan.
You can have two different lifes in a lifetime. If you want it, it is yours.

The great thing about weight training with a lot of body fat is that by the time you burn it all off (a lot faster than you think), you're pretty buff.
