lilgirlsj @ 1:01 am

I have a question about this machine…what do you think of ab coaster?

volimcevape @ 1:01 am

Thanks for keeping it real Steve. These companies are absolute frauds.

ALI340275 @ 1:01 am

yeah ,,, you tell them ..steve!!

Kunfusionz @ 1:01 am

Thank you for this. I'm really getting tired of seeing trainers in the Chapel Hill area making obscene amounts of money having overweight clients doing single joint exercises on the bosu ball, while telling them it's great for their core or it's "functional".

InsanityQ @ 1:01 am

I think you should do this to make fun of people… because people are mostly retarded. I've seen so many people buy the most ridiculous machines that "make exercising easier" when they should realize that the easier the exercise it gets, the less the body works and the less positive effect it has for the body.

Thanks for educating the masses. You're doing a great job.

lost619 @ 1:01 am

these type of videos make me laugh nice one

BodyPerformanceTV @ 1:01 am

I saw the burn machine but I couldn't find the others. It looks like an interesting piece of equipment but it won't help you burn fat any faster. Nor will it cause muscle growth any faster than curling a barbell or dumbbell. And I'm not a big fan of using different weights in each hand. But you look like you're getting good results with your workouts!

darness1234 @ 1:01 am

So what do you think of the burn machine? or the speed bag burn machine? and the ultimate burn machine, you can find all these items on my page, i would realy like to hear your opinun on nthese items, and thanks

StrongSide55 @ 1:01 am

im 13 and workout 5 days a week for the past 3 months but im getting worried if i will stop growing. should i stop since i am young or am i old enough for heavy weights?

avburns @ 1:01 am

Thanks, Steve, for the quick response to my question (s). As usual, the advice/comments were straight-shooting, no-nonsense and BS-free, which is why so many of us seek out your pearls of wisdom. Keep up the good work.

BodyPerformanceTV @ 1:01 am

1) Stars do not do 4 hours workouts. That's just public relations BS. 2) Overtraining is based on intensity and recovery. If you walked 4 hours a day you certainly wouldn't over train. 3) I would do a combination of intense cardio for shorter periods and longer easier cardio. Both will help you burn calories and lose weight.

BodyPerformanceTV @ 1:01 am

Thank you very much!

rabyemile @ 1:01 am

i've watched your videos and appreciate the free advise. You are "right on " in my opinion. I ve tried your advise and find it works for me. I read some of the other comments and i'm ashamed that there are so many stupid comments from morons and people who have nothing better to do. Hopefully you won't let these idiots stop you . You are helping alot of people i feel some who never make comments until they are sick a feel sorry for these sorry unfortunate human beings.

BodyPerformanceTV @ 1:01 am

Yes. It was probably a combination of low food, low blood sugar, maybe lack of fluids and your muscles being fatigued. Some people can exercise on and empty stomach but you can't. And neither can I!

avburns @ 1:01 am

Hello, Steve. Great vids. I was wondering about overtraining and cardio. I think in one of the "biggest loser" vids you said that 30 mins of daily cardio was realistic for most people. Yet, I've often heard you said more was better. I've often wondered about celebs and the like doing 4 hr. workouts. How do they avoid overtraining? And should I strive to do hours of cardio or stick to 30 mins at the highest intensity possible? Thanks in advance.

regemo @ 1:01 am

Lmao pieces of a jump a rope? Oh wait, let me use the right marketing words, its a "Air Rope." Do they sell "Air Benchpress" too, that would be fun.

BodyPerformanceTV @ 1:01 am

That's a hard one. Your could try squating with lighter weight. You could even try holding dumbbells while squating. You could even super set those two exercises. You could also preexhaust the legs by doing lunges first and then squating.

bdbfighting @ 1:01 am

hi steve i do alot of kickboxing and one day i went in the morning and didnt eat before i went and after i was done i had to walk far to get home and i was shaking and couldnt speak really afterwards is this because i didnt eat before i went why did i shake?

imadebobie @ 1:01 am

Not even sit ups? I've noticed while exercising on a ball i've developed lower back pain.

perzonify1 @ 1:01 am

I have a dilemma, Steve. I'm 17 years old and I'm trying to get back into lifting weights after quitting football a year ago and taking a break. I can pretty much do most of the more important lifts at home with my weight equipment, but I lack the things necessary to safely do squats by myself. I can't find anyone to lift weights and spot with me at times I have available, so, my question is this:

Is there some other lower body lifting that can sufficiently replace squats?

THEBIGUNIT26 @ 1:01 am

thx steve
