muscle because the more muscle you have the faster your matabolism is and the faster your matabolism the more calories you can burn. those calories burned can be at rest or while exersiseing. any way the scale is a good refrance, but you really need a bmi test/body fat percentage test. they will use calipers and you will have to raise your shirt. so you might want a women to do it. baisicly they use the calipers to pinch/mesure the amount of fat on your body in three different places chest

also for the loose skin you have to routes one is work out with weights i would go heavy something that you cant do more than 8 times and that the last two are difficult. keep in mind though it could take longer than six months for this route. you will be healthy though and look good or since you have already had some surgery you could get it removed. just ones you do keep your diet/eating habits right. no diet!!! lol just eat healthy. you look great though. sexy!!! lol. any way have a good one

Congratulations. Ignore the mean people. I would like to say that all overweight people do not eat like you said you did. Any buffet for me is one plate of food (not a mountain of food just a normal plate) and I am still overweight. Yes many people do gorge themselves but many of us do not. Its always important to remain non judgemental. Continued success to you !

i ran/cardio for an hour a day and worked out every day muscle wise. i eat healthy and eat 6 small meals a day. i started out weighing 220pounds/24% body fat and now i weigh 195/pounds and am at 10% body fat height is 6-1. any way my point is it takes time so just do what you can. the only reson i was able to get this type results. is because i work for my self and i have the time to work out every day. any way good luck and keep up the good work. also another bit of advice throw your scales

throw your scales out what you need is a bmi test. you need to know what body fat percentage your at and how much muscle/mass you have and they will be another number that will be in pounds but that is from fat. any way my point is with the scale you may see one day you drop a pound and one day you may gain a pound. you dont know if you gained a pound of muscle or fat. you could of lost some fat and it be covered up by the muscle you gained. weight isnt the problem fat is. you want weight if its

good job. also you may cant consume that many calories anymore with the surgery maybe like 1500 calories or something. that is half lol. keep up the good work and pay no mind to the dumb asses out there. your beutiful. fitness takes time. i started at 24% bodyfat 3months ago and i am now at 10% body fat and belive it or not i actually gained 18pounds of muscle. thats hard to do droping 14% body fat and doing that much cardio. to achieve this i did work out every day for three months straight

than 2,000 calories a day. the main thing is just to build your matabolism. without it you would have to run all day to burn what you eat. if you want to go the suplement route. i would take cla greentea a multivitamn and omega fish oil. also drink lots of water try to get a gallon in for the whole day. i just noticed something else corect me if im wrong but you had gastric surgery or was it lypo im out of the loop lol. any way pay no mind to the dumb asses that are talking shit. your doing a

gonna screw your matabolism up. baisicly if you lower your calorie intake from what your bodys use to it can slow down your matabolism. eat healthy and make good choices just dont restrict your calorie intake below 2000 calories a day. so basicly the more muscle you have the faster the matabolism. try to eat more often. eat small meals every two to three hours. that will really get your matabolism going. if you ever go with out working out for a week never decrease your calorie intake to lower

the best way to fix the loose skin is too work out with weights. i would recomend just lifting low weighted weights until faliure and do three sets till failure. although the outher thing you have to look at is matabolism. so the more muscle you have the faster it is. so in that aspect you should lift heavy weight that you can get 8to10 reps of three sets. dont ever diet. like dont restrict what you eat always get a 2000 calorie diet. the reson you dont want to diet is because if you do your

Thank you! I was seriously contemplating lap-band surgery, but just today ‘discovered’ the Gastric Sleeve option.
Forgive me if you have already covered this topic (and I feel sure you have!) but did you have your surgery in US or in Mexico? Did your insurance cover it if it was in US? If it was in Mexico how do you deal with check-ups?
Would plastic surgery to remove the extra skin be feasible, and if so, how much do you think it would cost? I think you look great now so it’s a bit moot!

Hi!! you look healthy and great, I have no insurance and i want to do the surgery but it seems no one is giving me a break,witch Doctor is the best , no one is qualifying me,I am 22 and 260 lbs and I’m 5’2 i tried every diet & Exercises i walk with my Mom for one hour everyday my Mom cooks very Healthy we bake and grill our chicken and salmon with no skin and i eat lots of raw vegetable and spinach arugula ,fruit is apple strawberry ,blueberry and still don’t loose weight any suggestion?
