10 Tips to Lose Weight
Even though I’m a dancer (ballet, modern, belly dance) I still do a lot to maintain my weight and my abs. I’m not a dietician or anything, I just know how to stay fit. For breakfast eat a high protein one. You’ll burn more calories throughout the day. Don’t eat anything with MSG in it either. It causes obesity and it’s bad all around for you. Same goes for aspartame/suralose/Splenda etc. It’s man made chemicals your putting into your body. If you can, try to go for natural substitute sweeteners like Xylitol, Maltitol and Stevia. Just some tips and healthy eating to everyone! You can do it!!
