My Weightloss Journey-Week 1- 140.8

This is day one of my weight loss journey I plan to upload a video every Sunday or Monday in hopes to keep me motivated to continue and perhaps motivate some of you guys! Some of the other weight loss channels have motivated me, so I thought why not me! =) I have always been chubby all my life so I want a change! I have tried losing weight last year where I got down to 133, but I give up and gained about 8 pounds since the new year! I hope to be around 120 pounds, or at least to where I feel comfortable I am not necessarily looking at a number, I just want to be more fit and healthier! Feel free to talk to me if you’d like someone to talk to about your weight loss or your hopes to lose weight We can try and motivate each other! =) .

Weight Loss: 67lbs Down! : My Exercise

This blog describes my weight Loss journey and the physical activity that has helped me loose my 67lbs on my journey. I still have 90 lbs more to loose. I started working out by walking on the track 2 miles and now workout 5 days a week 1-2 hrs a day. Remember to stay Consistent and write down your schedule and STICK TO IT!!
